“ 💥 Deploy Jenkin using EC2 instance on AWS !!!!!”
Jenkin is basically an open source continues integration /continues delivery and deployment (CI/CD) automation software devops tools written in java programing language .it helps automate the parts of software development reacted to building, testing, and deploying, facilitating continuous integration and delivery.
it is the server-based system that runs in servlet containers such as Apache tomcat.
it support control tools including accurev ,cvs ,supervision, Git mercurial ,perforce, clearcase, and RTC.
It can execute Apache Ant, Apache maven and sbt based project as well as arbitrary shell script and window batch commands.
Steps:
1. Open AWS console and login it
2. Launch Ec2 instance
3. Configure Aws
4. Connect to terminal (using putty or mobileXtr)
5. login to the instance
6. update package instance (apt update)
7. install java (apt install openjdk-11-jdk)
8. install Jenkin and try to access through browser
9. Access your ec2 server
Done ✅
When you’re done with the run “terminate instance “ to avoid the charges.
